# Beware of This AI Provider!

I actually hadn't planned to make a video on this topic -- but by now I'm receiving so many inquiries and feedback that I have to address it. Because now it also concerns our own business.
There is currently news circulating that someone on the market is presenting our AI as their own -- both in advertisements and in webinars -- to win customers. I won't name names here but simply want to clarify: there is no cooperation with this provider. Our AI belongs to us, and it's not acceptable when it's presented by someone else as the original source.
Last Sunday, November 21, 2024, I again received the message that it was claimed: "You are the first to achieve the revolution -- with an AI that can make cold calls." Sure, our AI can do that -- and that's exactly what's being shown. But the point is: this AI is from us, not from the other provider. A customer even asked whether we work together with this provider or why we're presenting our AI. Therefore: no, there is absolutely no cooperation!
I also want to point out that such business practices are highly questionable. My advice: be careful and don't be blinded by empty promises. If you want to invest in an AI Voice Agent, definitely test for yourself how the technology works -- because with us, you have the opportunity to call the AI directly.
So before you buy an AI Voice Agent from another provider, test for yourself how individually and authentically the AI can respond to your needs. Pay attention to whether you have the opportunity to make a test call, and check how long the provider has been active and what references they can demonstrate -- these are important standard questions.
### Conclusion
Normally, I don't publicly address such things. But when false claims are repeatedly circulating, I have no choice but to make a clear statement. Stay critical, inform yourselves, and test the technology before you make a decision.
