About the Position

As an AI Automation Expert, you are the specialist for the technical implementation and optimization of our AI voice agents within the existing workflows of our customers. You develop automated processes and integrations that seamlessly connect our AI telephony solutions with CRM systems, calendars, and other business applications. Your technical expertise ensures that our AI solutions are optimally embedded within the corporate structure of our customers.

Your Tasks

• Development and implementation of automation solutions for AI voice agents

• Integration of our AI telephony into existing systems such as CRM, calendars, and communication tools

• Creation of custom workflows to optimize customer processes

• Consulting on the technical implementation and adaptation of our solutions

• Training of customers and internal teams for the effective use of automation features

• Continuous improvement of our integration possibilities and automation options

Your Profile

• Experience in the development and implementation of automation solutions

• Knowledge of the integration of various API-based systems

• Understanding of business processes and their technical optimization

• Programming skills in at least one relevant programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript)

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Experience with CRM systems and workflow automation
