About the Position

As a Prompt Engineer, you design the interactions of our AI language agents and are responsible for optimizing the conversation management. You develop and refine prompts that enable our AI systems to engage in natural, goal-oriented, and effective conversations. Your work at the intersection of linguistics, psychology, and AI technology is crucial for the quality and success of our AI telephony solutions.

Your Tasks

• Development and optimization of prompts for various use cases such as cold calling, customer service, or follow-ups

• Designing natural conversation flows and dialogue structures

• A/B testing of various prompt variants for continuous improvement

• Analysis of conversation logs to identify weaknesses and optimization potentials

• Collaboration with AI developers and voice engineers to improve the language models

• Customizing prompts to meet industry and customer-specific requirements

Your Profile

• Experience in prompt engineering, conversational design, or comparable activities

• Excellent verbal expression and creativity

• Understanding of human conversation dynamics and linguistics

• Knowledge of the functioning and limitations of AI language models

• Analytical thinking and data-driven optimization skills

• Ideally, experience with sales or customer service conversations
