About the Position

As a Research Voice Engineer, you will explore and develop the next generation of our AI voice agents. You are responsible for improving speech quality, natural conversation flow, and the underlying technologies of our AI telephony solutions. Your research and development work directly contributes to our company's technological leadership and lays the foundation for future innovations.

Your Tasks

• Researching and implementing the latest technologies in speech synthesis and processing

• Developing and optimizing algorithms to enhance the naturalness and expressiveness of AI voices

• Conducting experiments and tests for quality assurance

• Collaborating with Prompt Engineers and AI developers to integrate new voice functions

• Monitoring current research trends and participating in relevant conferences

• Writing research reports and technical documentation

Your Profile

• Completed degree in computer science, computational linguistics, AI, or a comparable field

• Experience in developing speech synthesis or speech processing systems

• Knowledge of deep learning and neural networks for speech processing

• Programming skills in Python and relevant AI frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow)

• Analytical thinking skills and a scientific approach to work
